This webinar will focus on the potential growth inherent in navigating through difficult life events or trauma. The idea of post-traumatic growth (PTG) was first described in the mid-1990s by Tedeschi & Calhoun and numerous studies have explored the process. We will discuss the theory and challenges of PTG and equip you to support your clients in their exploration of unfolding self-awareness.
